01Concrete grinding & preparation
We mechanically grind the concrete to remove old coatings, contaminants and uneven areas, creating a clean surface for the new coating to bond to.
02Repairs & surface levelling
Cracks and imperfections are repaired to prepare a smooth, sound base for the coating system.
03Primer & base coat
A primer and base coat are applied to build adhesion and durability.
04Your chosen finish
The selected coating system is applied, with solid colour, flake and decorative finishes available to suit your space.
05Sealing & finishing
A protective topcoat completes the surface. We explain the curing time and when your floor will be ready to use.

What is epoxy flooring?
Epoxy flooring is a coating system applied over concrete. Once cured, it creates a seamless, hard-wearing surface that is easy to clean and suited to everyday use in garages, workshops and commercial spaces.
