Step 1 Roof Inspection & Measure
At Trend Painting Group, we provide detailed, all-inclusive quotes before every project. Our team will measure the surface area of your roof so we can accurately estimate the cost of materials. We will also identify damaged points and recommend the necessary repairs.
Step 2 Roof Pressure Clean
Once the quote has been accepted, our roofing specialists will replace any broken, cracked or damaged tiles and ridge capping. We’ll use a high-pressure rotating cleaner to remove grease, dirt and in-ground leaf compost. Your gutters will also be jet washed and we’ll check all downpipes and clips are secured. This thorough clean ensures your roof is primed for the next stage of repairs.
Step 3 Repair Roof
We will check , replace and reseat any tiles or ridge caps that need attention ensuring a successful and completely watertight restoration. Next, our team will reseal all joints with flexible compound and repoint ridge capping. If your gutters have separated joints, we’ll make sure to seal and repair these too.
Step 4 Application of Undercoat & Sealer
With a clean, watertight roof, our team will apply a clear sealer. This sealer will soak into the tiles and protect the roof, leading to a high-quality, long-lasting result. We next apply an undercoat, which prepares the surface with an etch, so it’s ready for the paint membrane.
Step 5 Application of Roofing & Membrane
A coloured roofing membrane works to preserve your pointing, improve the quality of water run-off and make your roof look like new again. Roofing membrane is available in a variety of colours to suit your home’s palette and match your tastes. We make sure to apply multiple coats and overlap joint lines to create a completely waterproof finish.
